"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"

2 Corinthians 5:17

As we begin 2019 serving families in our communities, I am excited by the new possibilities and opportunities our center will be able to experience with others this year. With all the turmoil and unrest that seems to surround us all in one form or another, it is a wonderful blessing to know that God's plan is perfect in all circumstances, and we can be encouraged and strengthened by resting in His provision and grace. Your continued prayers and support are greatly appreciated.

It's not too late to set new intentions for this year.

Jesus tells us that the greatest thing we can do for the kingdom is to love others. Have you taken the time to decide how you will love others in new ways this year?

January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month.

"Human trafficking is the business of stealing freedom for profit. In some cases, traffickers trick, defraud or physically force victims into providing commercial sex. In others, victims are lied to, assaulted, threatened or manipulated into working under inhumane, illegal or otherwise unacceptable conditions. It is a multi-billion dollar criminal industry that denies freedom to 24.9 million people around the world. "

I hope you joined us in celebrating Human Life last Sunday 1/20/19.

This day is so special to us  personally and as an organization it holds a lot of significance. Here at the WEC, we celebrate life everyday, so it is encouraging to see others join in on this one special day a year.

Join us in welcoming another sweet WEC baby!
