PMT celebrated its Executive Director, Gretchen Benner completing the Non-Profit Management Certificate Program through The York County Regional Chamber of Commerce at York Electric Cooperative, Inc. in May! Katie Goodwin, Director of Weekday Ministries at St. John's UMC in downtown Rock Hill, S.C. who serves on PMT's Board of Directors attended the ceremony. Veteran & Veteran Caregiver Series
Piedmont Music Therapy in collaboration with Veterans Bridge Home is offering a music therapy program increasing accessibility of the arts as a mental health resource to veterans and veteran caregivers. Each registrant will receive a musical instrument to keep after the program concludes for further incorporation of creative self-expression and coping skill utilization. This series supports veterans and veteran caregivers' improved quality of life through improving sense of self, purpose, mood and creative outlet. Free registration for this weekly program that meets at American Legion Morris Field Post 380, Inc. is online through 10/28/24.
