In the email campaign sent out on April 13, 2021, to advise the public about the positive case of COVID19 in the clinic. An agent of AMMC sent out an email using management@cadencehealthcenter.com claiming that the advisory email campaign was spam and the phone system and email system were hacked. 

On April 14, 2021, Ms. Surya Qarin sent out the email above by adding contacts manually on the GMAIL account from unidentified database. She is an agent of AMMC and working for Mr. Trevor Hinds is the owner and director of 1095980 B.C. LTD. operating as  Cadence Health Center.

AMMC was made aware of the POSITIVE COVID19 results on April 12, 2021. The above email that was sent out by Ms. Qarin is FALSE and intended to misinform the public. 

In April 16, 2021, Mr. Trevor Hinds and his Lawyer filed a petition in the Supreme Court of  British Columbia. In this petition, Mr. Trevor Hinds wants to prevent further information for the public about the false information that Ms. Surya Qarin spread. The petition was filed with no notice on April 16, 2021. The image below is the screenshot of the petition.

I am the respondent on the petition and  I was not given any notice to provide a response.

This email campaign is not in violation of that court order:

1. This email campaign is not sent from @cadencehealthcenter.com (GMAIL DOMAIN). 

2. This email campaign is not from the patient list of Cadence Health Center (The contact list is from the website). 

The Email for the advisory that I sent is not generated from GMAIL Account, it was generated from the Website thru the customer management function of Wix. This way of sending advisory there is no way of seeing confidential emails. This is from the people that registered online thru the website and not taken from the patient records.

The Website domain is owned by the Pharmacy and shared to the Clinic. (@cadencehealthcenter.com) so as the GMAIL accounts. The Phone system as well is owned by the Pharmacy. I updated the systems to synchronize the information provided.  I am more than willing to discuss this matter on a separate email.

April 13 to 14 the Clinic continued to operate the clinic continued to operate normally.

CONFUSING CLAIMS OF AMMC AND THEIR WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

On April 16, 2021, An email was sent to Mr. Trevor Hinds and Ms. Anju Mehta regarding their disclaimer. 

I have raised several inquiries to Mr. Trevor Hinds and his Business Operations in Ontario.

In my email on April 12, 2021, I have documented questionable business transactions of Mr. Trevor Hinds.

Due to those inquiries, Mr. Trevor Hinds and AMMC had continuously disrupted the Cadence Pharmacy operations. Ultimately Mr. Hinds has barred us from using the Pharmacy premises using fraudulent information. 

On top of the COVID19 incident in the Clinic, Mr. Hinds and have put security services from Sky View Security to prevent the Pharmacy staff from getting into the pharmacy premises.

We temporarily relocated to our partner pharmacy at 290 Shuter St. and we are doing our best to make sure that patient care is not interrupted.
