Sojourn House has had a busy summer, and we aren't planning on slowing down anytime soon! (Also not planning on giving summer up anytime soon...) |

Thanks to Crumble Coffee & Bakery in Bloomington for being a sponsor of Sojourn House Tea Parties. All tea at our parties is from Crumble. Ethically sourced, slave free...that makes for a pretty darn good cup of tea. |

Thanks to Owen County State Bank (Spencer, Bloomington, Ellettsville) for being a sponsor of Sojourn House Tea Parties. OCSB has partnered with Sojourn House from the beginning, and we're immensely grateful for their support! |

~ COVID-19 News ~ Quick request-- whoever's closest to the COVID outlet, would you mind unplugging it? We've had enough for awhile. Thanks. While COVID has changed our timeline, progress, and expectations, it hasn't taken our hope or vision. When we had to cancel our Gala in May, we pivoted and began to plan for much smaller Tea Parties. Keeping people safe is our top priority. (That was part of the inspiration behind Sojourn House!) We certainly understand if you are taking this time to socially distance yourself and your family. If your comfort level allows for being around small groups of people with masks on, we would invite you to join us at one of our Tea Parties. |

We know what you're going through right now. (We're going through it too). The stress of feeling stuck at home, having to entertain kids with no sports, group activities, or camps, and keep everyone safe. Pay cuts, job losses, heightened political tensions...the world seems like a very, very unsafe place. |

We can't help but think this is the kind of world our future residents are used to. They had to be hypervigilant and protecting of oneself before Coronavirus ever hit. Can you imagine living like this knowing it would never end? How long could you last without a light at the end of the tunnel? |

We are just as committed as ever to help women. Cancelled events, a global pandemic, and contingency plans won't ever change that. Thank you for walking with us on this journey. God bless, The Sojourn House Board of DirectorsAmy MeekCarissa MuncieMorgan LaneKelly BlazierRebekah Taylor |
