Finding Routine

Summer is still holding on, but we all know the days are getting cooler and the daylight shorter. I hope you were able to find beauty in the outdoors this summer...soaking in as much of it as you can. It's easy in the summer to change our routine and get out of habits that we set during the cooler months in the year. It's a great reminder that there is balance even in routine! But even if we've slacked or given our routine a break, there is such power when we recommit to consistency and routine. It helps to ground us and solidifies a greater purpose each day. Even I have found this summer my routines to be challenged and I am excited to get back to some of my daily commitments. 

 

I encourage you to find 2 or 3 things to commit to doing each day (yoga, meditation, running/walking, drinking more water...etc) as fall begins to settle on us. To help you out...we have a bunch of new classes and workshops for September and October. We have a few lunchtime classes for 30 or 45 minutes and starting this Wednesday we are adding back our weekly donation meditation class on Wednesday mornings with proceeds going to The Happy Crew (https://www.thehappycrew.org) for the month of September and October. They support mental health awareness for kids and adolescents... and in honor of suicide prevention month, we are supporting this organization. Check out this video for more details! Last chance for the summer! 

 

Yoga at the pool! 

This Wednesday at 9:30am and Saturday at 10:30am is our last couple of classes at the Kings Ridge Pool. Residents come stop by! 

Yoga at the Library

Last Yoga at the Library this Saturday the 14th from 7-8am. $10 drop in at the Castle Pines Library! Details below

Yoga Nidra @ lunch

Starting September 09, come join Brooke for a 30 minute yoga nidra over lunch. Monday and Wednesdays. $5 drop in. 

You don't even have to put on yoga clothes for this one! 

 

Breath & Movement

Join Madeline for  45 minutes to move energy, practice some yoga and breathe. 

 

Wednesday Guided Meditation

Join Kristin Zueger for a 30 minute, donation based, meditation class starting September 11 @ 7am. Donations are going to The Happy Crew for September and October.

Clean Living Workshops Series

 

To help kick start your new routine, we are launching a 4 part series, starting  September 21 in honor of Self Care Month. Come learn some basics on clean living, health, wellness and life hacks to a clean home and personal care routine. 

 

Nourish Retreat

We have one spot that opened on our Nourish Retreat. Come join Brooke and 7 other amazing women for a weekend in Estes Park. October 03-6. Details in link below. 

 

Girls "sleep over"! 

Did you love sleepovers as much as I did?! Join Brooke on October 18 for some pizza, a movie and games! Girls over the age of 12 welcome to come!

FREE Cycle workshop

Maybe taking a cycle class hasn't been on your list, or you feel like you don't know what it would be like. Come join Traci on Saturday the 14th at 3pm or October 12th for an hour informational workshop and short ride. It's free! Wear your tennis shoes and bring a friend!  

 

We will be kicking off a cycle challenge September 16- whoever cycles the most in 30 days gets a 5 package for yoga or cycle!

Teacher highlight ~ Katherine! 

 

Katherine, a business owner for the past 20 years in the health and wellness industry professionally certified massage, Reiki, Craniosacral, Rossiter and grief counselor has led her passion to connect the mind, body and soul to practice yoga.​

 

Katherine has lived in Castle Rock for the past 13 years with her husband, two daughters, their dog Haley and their cat Pebbles. In 2016 Katherine attended Anjaneya School of Yoga in Boulder and received her two hundred hour teacher training in January of 2017. ​Katherine’s wish as a teacher of yoga is to bring you more in tune with your physical body and developing more consciousness through asanas, breath and meditation.

We offer private and semi private sessions.

 

What is a semi private? 

 

You can share a session with up to 3 people where you have a customized class with one of our amazing teachers. This is a great way to work on alignment and gain better understanding of yoga poses. Great for anyone...whether you've been practicing for 1 day or 20 years! 

 

Interested in a home private yoga nidra?

We offer privates for your family or friends in the comfort of your own home for up to 4 people. Reach out to Brooke if interested.
