The The 31st NHF's Nordic Hydrological Conference-NHC2022 has been successfully held at Tallinn University during 15-18 August 2022 in Tallinn, Estonia. Thanks to all organizers from Tallinn University and NHF, thanks to all participants from all over the world!! Presentations in 5 significant topics have been conducted. Three rewards have been announced: post, presentation and big prize for best paper published in Hydrology research in the last 4 years. The upcoming NHC2024 in Reykjavík, Iceland has been settled. After the event, a new Special Issue in Hydrology Research on “Hydrology of water related ecosystems” has started the calling for paper, as shown below, welcome!!! |

NHC 2022 conference presentations |

81 presentations with 4 keynotes speeches in 5 significant hydrological topics have been conducted in 3 conference days. After the exciting presentations, the best presentation has been selected and awarded. |
|
|
The five topics include: Water and ecosystems for human well-being; Knowledge gaps in the interactions between hydrology, ecosystems and global change; Hydrological and ecological modelling; Water policy and governance. |
|
|
31 post presentations were among 81 presentations, they are divided into 5 topics above and shown in the council house. They can be read and evaluated during the breaks in the three conference days. The best post were announced and awarded afterwards. | | |

NHF 50 years' anniversary |

NHF 50 years' anniversary has been celebrated in 17th, August 2022 in Lennusadam museum, Tallinn. The NHF's lifetime achievement prize has been awarded in connection to the anniversary. |

NHF's lifetime achievement prize has been awarded to Chong-Yu Xu for his outstanding and long-term contribution to NHF, announced by Linus Zhang, chairman of NHF. |
