SELF CARE WORKSHOP
The month of December can be a very stressful time, so on December 11th, 2021 we hosted a Self-Care workshop. Our facilitator was Nzinga Amazulu a certified life coach.
The self-care workshop was designed to inform, empower and protect individuals from stress, overwhelm, compassion fatigue and burnout.
The workshop supported individuals to explore boundaries and ways in which to support and protect themselves from burnout.
