We'd like to officially inform you of an important update regarding our main office at Welches Gardens, St Michael.

You might have already heard the news, that the building we have been operating from has been sold by the owner. Therefore, all in-person services held at our main location have been halted until we find our new home.

While we understand that this might have caused some inconvenience or concern, please rest assured that our commitment to providing our clients with the highest level of service remains unchanged and we will surely keep you updated on our progress.

In the meantime, all counsellors from the Welches Location will be available to serve clients online, and in-person services at our Husbands' location will remain uninterrupted for clients assigned to counsellors there.

Payment Options for Online Sessions:

To ensure a smooth transition and continued convenience for clients, we offer multiple payment options suited for online sessions. Below are the available payment methods and important information about each:

 
Credit/Debit Card Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online payment portal, Stripe.

Bank Transfers: Direct Banking and CIBC 1stPay transfers can be made to our Bank Account. If using these payment transfer methods, please ensure to inform us so that we can share all needed banking information for successful payment.
