Hello, friends!

We are halfway through summer, and this past month, I closed my studio doors and road-tripped to Utah with my kiddos. We enjoyed lazy days and summer camps, and I discovered incredible mountain trails where the photos don't do the scenery justice. I hope you're enjoying the hot days and starry nights while creating your own adventures. 

In February 2021, I got my first tattoo placed along my ribs. The tattoo reads, "perche´tu vali," which is a poetic yet definitive way of saying, "I know my worth." This message is incredibly meaningful to me, and I'm grateful for the constant reminder of knowing who I am, giving myself grace during my trials, finding joy in my journey of growth and healing, as well as understanding my infinite value. We live in a world that will try to define our worth and importance, and we often give in to those relentless messages. Lately, I've noticed an increase in my negative self-talk, even when said in jest. I think we can all relate to this, right? I have now challenged myself to change my internal/external narrative and squash those attacks that only increase my self-doubt and insecurities. My beautiful friends, if you are finding yourself in the same situations as myself, let me be your figurative tattoo to remind you that you are WORTHY of everything good and beautiful. Rid yourselves of the negative taking up space in your unbounded minds and fill it with the self-love that you absolutely deserve.
