The new frames and sash for this project are coming along. The exterior casing is being repaired and where missing, new is being fabricated.
Woodward Project
This new project involves restoring 10 windows and 2 entry doors. Stripping off old paint is easier if the original finish was natural. If the wood was originally painted, then the coats of stripper go up. More work, but the end result is worth it.
Allen Project
This sash was bead glazed and West facing. The result leads to rot. We fabricated a new sash, but glazed this one to help prevent damage in the future.
Seneca Street Project
Another new project involves restoring 7 windows and a pair of French doors. Over time paint buildup can make windows and doors not operate smoothly. We remove all that paint, put on fresh coat and cleanup the hardware to get these beautiful windows to operate like new.
