Grateful & New Class in Jan

Do what you love, love what you do! That is me. And I hope that is you too. 

 

I can't tell you how much I value you all and the time we have together. As I get older and hopefully wiser, I find connection is what I consider most precious.

 

And several of you have been with me for a while, supporting me, encouraging me and experiencing my evolution as an instructor; I send you my deepest gratitude. You all continue to teach me so much. 

 

I can't think of what excites me more than to be a small part of helping you fall a bit more in love with movement and feel your best both in mind and body, and doing that in a fun, warm setting amongst friends. 

 

Liz, a dear friend and a regular to our Monday AM class for a few years now sent me this note: 

 

“Attending class regularly has made me so much stronger and more balanced. I look forward to class every week and connecting with the lovely group of women.”

 

This is absolutely why I do what I do! 

 

It is a true compliment when you come back to class, invite a friend and request a new class be offered. 

 

With that said, we are starting a Thursday class in January. This would be in addition to our Monday time slot (which often fills to capacity).

 

As you are navigating your 2019 schedule, mulling over your movement and emotional goals and wondering about the healing possibilities of a consistent yoga practice (with my experienced eye to support you and your details), I am excited about who is able to make this new class time a regular spot in their week!
