Hot off the heels of the Chinese New Year, it’s a great time to think about new choices, fresh starts, and setting your intentions for the months ahead.
When making choices about what comes next, sometimes it’s difficult to balance your heart and your head. For instance, sometimes your head may be pointing you in one direction (logic and reasoning), and your heart, (gut feelings), in another.
Often times trusting your intuition means going against the grain and doing what feels right, rather than what we have been taught to believe or do. What matters is tapping into both, and having faith that everything will work out as it should, when logic tells you it shouldn’t.
