My intention with every Newsletter is to offer new ideas and new ways of thinking to make your day a little less stressful.

Each resource listed in this Newsletter helped strengthen my own empathy, kindness, and patience as a caregiver and as a human being.

FEATURED BOOK

 "The Outsider"

By:  Stephen King

READ BY:  Will Patton

I know, I know, REALLY?

Yes!  This terrific audio-read kept me on the edge of my driver's seat for 19 hours on a road trip with my pups. It does border on the macabre in Stephen King fashion, so it isn't for everyone, but I enjoyed the heck out of it! "

A Personal Note

For me, these personal pics illustrate Mr. Jobs final words, "Cherish and love others, and treat yourself well."  Yep, burning my little pinky from sparkly candles on a Nothing Bundt Cake is one way I honor his words.

The truth is Caregiving depleted my joy for many years, and if I am not careful, it still can. I have a tendency to build walls that blur the lines between healing and isolation.

My goal with Forgive and Forget and is to strengthen our resilience and impact our lives positively while navigating our Caregiving days.

It matters to me who we are, and who we are becoming on this journey.
