The short winter days make me sad. Here's how I cope.

I dread the long, dark winter days and deal with undiagnosed seasonal depression. I barely see sunlight during the winter. I've tried what feels like a million things to make myself feel better, including rearranging my room and getting a Vitamin D light.

My partner and I are such social butterflies that we tend to run ourselves into the ground trying to attend every event and host every party.
