RE-ENROLLMENT PAPERWORK IS NOW PAST DUE.
If you have not already done so, follow the link below to fill out your required re-enrollment packet. Every parent must fill out this form if they want their student(s) to participate in the ACE Program for the 2021-2022 program year.
Your student(s) cannot select any services until you have completed the re-enrollment packet.
All re-enrollment paperwork is due by November 15th, 2021.
