FALL ELECTIONS
Hooker election season is underway for the 2021 Hooker Board of Directors.
The following information lays out what will be happening between now and the election of the 2021 Board by month.
Please make sure your annual membership dues are paid so that you are eligible
to vote in December.
The nomination form is attached. Completed nomination forms will be collected at the September and October meetings or may be sent electronically
to Bonnie Kellen at MHBallotVote@yahoo.com
If you have any questions, please feel free to
contact Lorie Tidwell or Theresa Kramer.
Also questions about the duties or responsibilities of any of the positions
can be fielded by current or past Board members.
September - nominations collected
October - nominations collected until October 15.
November - Candidates called to accept nomination by election committee
November General Membership meeting - candidates who have accepted the nomination are announced and introduce themselves to the membership
December meeting - vote by members who have paid their annual 2021 membership dues.
Voting results tabulated at the meeting and results are announced.
Transition plan and transition meeting(s) set by 2020 and 2021 Boards.
New Board takes over January 2021
We will be voting for all 5 Officer positions and 3 new Directors.
