Goals Toolkit: How to Set & Achieve Your Goals
In this episode, Dr. Andrew Huberman describes science-based protocols to set and achieve your goals in a way that maximizes the likelihood of reaching them. I encourage you to watch this segment Tool 8: Visualization of End; Motivation & Negative Thinking.
Tip for students
Research shows the best way to achieve goals when you are already willing or motivated to do something is to visualize the positive outcomes. However, when you are not feeling very motivated, it is best to think of the negative consequences of not achieving your goal. We can leverage the power of both positiveandnegative thinking!
