With COVID-19 continuing to be a concern, IEF will keep the Buck Road Office closed indefinitely. Meetings and classes will be conducted virtually, and if you have any doubts or issues, please send us an email. Special Announcements We would like to host a special meeting with middle and high school parents on Saturday, May 16 to discuss the changes happening in the education system and college application due to COVID-19. More information to follow, so please keep watch for an email. General Announcements - Email Cleanup: A lot of you are reaching the email capacity limit, so please clean up your Webmail of any unnecessary emails and files by May 17. We will be transitioning to a new email platform soon, so in order to create a smooth transition, we need you to cleanup your emails. If you have any doubts, contact Ann Idichandy.

IEF Quarantine Photo Contest Send us a photo of how you're spending your quarantine. Whether it’s a photo of you cooking or paintings, get creative and take us on a virtual trip to your art world! Contest Rules: - Submit your entry by May 17
- You can submit up to 3 photos max
- Email annidichandy@iefausa.com with your full name, a brief description of each photo, and your social media handles (FB & Insta).
- Photos need to be in JPEG or PNG formats. Other formats will not be qualified.
- The winning photo will be published on our social media platforms and the winner will receive an Amazon Gift Card!

WAH Option for Volunteer Service With the office closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC's instructions, Work At Home (WAH) shifts are open on When I Work. Below are instructions to sign up: - Log into When I Work, look at the open shifts, select a shift that works with your schedule. Only sign up if you can volunteer at that time, canceling at the last minute or forgetting you signed up are not valid excuses.
- Contact Ann Idichandy, through text (267-304-7520) at least 24 hours prior to shift time, stating you would like to WAH and state the time you signed up on When I Work.
- An email will be sent before your shift with your assignment. At the start of your shift, sign into the Time Clock and begin your work.
- At the end of your shift, sign out the Time Clock and send your summary.
