The International Skin Tear Panel (ISTAP) Board of Directors is looking for nominations to fill the following Board Positions starting May 31, 2022 immediately after the ISTAP Annual General Meeting.
Executive Position for Nomination
President-Elect Term The President-Elect term would run from May 31, 2022 until after the May 2024 ISTAP Annual General meeting and then Board appointment as President from May 2024 to May 2026.
Regional Director Board Positions for Nomination
Regional Director Australia Regional Director Latin America Regional Director South America Term These Regional Director terms would run from May 31, 2022 until after the May 2024 ISTAP Annual General meeting with an opportunity to run for an additional two years.
Nominations Deadline April 14, 2022
Qualifications
Directors Qualifications are as follows:
be an individual who is not less than eighteen years of age;
be a Member of the Association for a minimum of two (2) years as a member in good standing;
not be an employee or representative of a company whose primary business involves the development, manufacture and sole distribution of products in the field of skin health;
not be a contractor of ISTAP; or
not be a person who has been found by a court in Canada or elsewhere to be mentally incompetent, who has the status of a bankrupt.
