Here is all the news you need for returning to classes, courses & events for September.

A huge thank you for all your fantastic efforts in classes last term - it is my absolute joy to teach, observe, adapt, discuss, listen & laugh with you.

Next term courses

 

 A cat on a mat! Just there until we

start back on the w/c 4th September 2023 x 6 weeks. Most courses have been filled with priority booking but there are still spaces on Wednesday 845am & 5pm. If you are waiting for another class time do let me know as spaces sometimes become available throughout the course. Thank you so much to everyone for booking.

Spine Clinic

 

I am thinking of running a spine clinic for those who really want to learn more about their back conditions, issues & concerns. A time to talk through & try potential solutions & exercises. I'd love to hear from you if interested.

If you are currently waiting for a space in class maybe join us online in our private facebook group. There is a live class every week which records into the group for you to do at a time that suits your schedule. I love our online family & dancing around the screens with you. Thank you to all who are there - you are very very appreciated.

Afternoon Restorative Retreat with essential oils

My fabulous community gym manager Marie & her team, are running this charity event. They are hoping to raise as much as they can. If you have time or would like to donate please pop along to the gym. There are lots of classes to join in with on the day from Zumba, studio cycle, boxing, circuits, Hitt, bootcamps & Stretch & Strength Pilates of course! I will be running this session at 2pm - just after the boxing & before the cycle & shape! Everyone is welcome & you can donate whatever you can afford. If you'd like to know more & book a place at a particular session just give the wonderful Marie a call. 0117 239 7806.

Just click on the link if you'd like to have a browse & listen. Episode #342 fasting, hormones & menopause was particularly enlightening in my little opinion - for men & women.
