January, 2022 Let's Welcome the New Year! |
What do you want to create in 2022? Maybe you'll learn a new skill, form a new healthy habit, or connect with family and friends more often. Maybe for you this is a year for healing... or a year to grow. One of the most powerful ways to start the new year is by giving--money, time, or goods. Even small acts of generosity make a big difference, and connect you to others in powerful ways. Support FORTE House, or any favorite charity, and start the year off strong and beautiful! |

Radwa Mokhtar Is Inspired by Mountainview Students |
Each week, graduate student Radwa Mokhtar co-facilitates a virtual support group for Mountainview students and alumni. "It's the best part of my week, every week," Radwa said in a recent conversation. Read about her experience, and how the participants have influenced her thinking about future opportunities in public health, in this month's blog. |

Education in NJ Prisons Expands |

But offering graduate-level courses through a prestigious institution is still a positive step. Higher education is transformative! |
