Happy Holidays,
Nova Luxe ends 2018 full of progress and excitement. The electric catamaran market experienced double digit growth and we are happy to see our competition offering excellent electric options. Electric yachts are coming of age and here are some reasons why we expect to overtake diesel propulsion in the catamaran segment of the market.
- Electric yachts are silent.
- Electric yachts do not have engine generated vibration.
- All internal electronics (AC & appliances) can be powered without running the generator.
- Electric yachts, when paired with a solar array, have UNLIMITED RANGE.
Nova Luxe builds solar power yachts for the following reasons.
- Electric yachts are capable of Zero Emissions.
- Electric yachts are quite onboard and underwater.
- Electric yachts have more fueling options then diesel.
- Electric yachts offer autonomous living and mobility.
In May of 2019, we will have a yacht in the water ready for demos and boat shows. The Aquila 44 by Nova Luxe is being built in St. Petersburg, Florida. The tender for the yacht is all electric and complete. It can take a charge from the yacht or from shore.
If you are an interested buyer of an Aquila 44 by Nova Luxe or any other model, please reach out to me and we can schedule a demo. Our prospective buyers will be able to test drive an all electric yacht and we hope they come to the same conclusion as us. An electric yacht is a superior vessel.
January’s issue of Southern Boating magazine includes a lengthy article about Nova Luxe by captain Ken Kreisler and February’s issue of Multihull magazine will contain Nova Luxe content.
We wish you the best in 2019!
