As in the past, a $20 performance fee has been added to accounts to offset
recital costs.

Card must be returned by 2/8/2020
there will be a box in the studio to return cards

COSTUME PICK UP NIGHT
ALL CLASS TUITION BALANCES 
MUST BE PAID IN FULL
 to pick up costumes on pickup night.
Dancers will be required to try on costumes at studio. 
Please wear nude leotard to try on costumes
Dancers must bring costumes to next Ballet, Tap, Jazz class after pickup.  Please come in Ballet costume, wear nude leotard/regular dance attire under.

SIGN UP INDIVIDUAL PICTURE APPOINTMENTS
March 20th from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
 March 21st from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00p.m.  
Photos this year are by 
appointment only
Please make sure you are in dressed in your first costume and ready for your picture as scheduled. 
If you are getting multiple pictures you cannot sign up for back to back slots. 
You must allow 15 minutes in between appointments for costume changes.  
The Photo sign up link will also be available on our web site.
Group Photos. Group photos will be taken during dress rehearsals.
Individual Photos will be uploaded to our private photo album site.   
When available, each parent will receive an email to a private link to their child’s album with a password to download the pictures.  These pictures will only be made available until 
May 9th for download.
PRICES THIS YEAR
$25.00 per individual digital 5x7 photo + digital 5x7 class photo download
$10.00 upcharge for individual digital 8x10 download
$10.00 just a class only digital 5x7 photo download
$35.00 per digital 8x10 group-mate download
 
If we fill up the appointments in the 2 days allotted we will add another picture day

Individual Photo Appointments

RECITAL VOLUNTEERS
We will be posting signups for recital areas sometime in February/March
In order to protect our children, Parks and Recreation is requiring this year that all volunteers (except: ushers for recital, flower & concession booths at recital) have a simple background check
We need background checks for anyone that will be backstage  
Backstage Moms (2 adults per 5's ballet class and below)
Backstage Crew, Studio Helpers for Rehearsals
(1 adult per 5's ballet class and below)
Backstage Moms for Rehearsals
We need YOU in order to run a successful show
If you know that you want to help out please submit your name to FHRDANCE@gmail.com (subject line: Recital Volunteer). Please include childs class. This will help us begin to get a count of volunteers.   We will get a link to you to fill out the background check soon.  Simple form: Name (including maiden name) current address, 1 former address, social security number.
PLEASE VOLUNTEER:  We understand that this procedure is new this year but it is to ensure all of our children's safety.   
Some parents have sent emails already (thank you) and we are making a list of volunteers to send to P & R soon.
