Summary: Quick on the heels of several "top" growth statistics, Fort Worth is now primed for a commercial real estate boom. And what happens in Fort Worth - just twenty (20) miles east of Willow Park -- does not stay in Fort Worth. "We're in the early stages of what's happened in Austin."

Willow Park citizen Ever Gomez steps up to support Communication Board in city park.

Summary: Through his company, The Marshall Racing Project 33, Mr. Gomez sponsored the entire cost of the new Communication Board to be install at Cross Timber Park. Wastewater Project: Bankhead Highway Sewer Line

Summary: The city is considering a new sanitary sewer line along Bankhead Highway from Ranch House Road to the east city limits. "This project will allow service to the currently unserved areas east of Ranch House and south of Interstate 20." This project is part of a larger project to improve wastewater services throughout the city.

Wastewater Project: Bankhead I20

Summary: As part of the Chapter 380 agreement with UNCO Standard Services restaurant, Willow Park agreed to construct a lift station south of I20 near the new restaurant and a waste water pipeline from the lift station to the Willow Park Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Street Improvement Projects, Phase One

Summary: Work began 28 November 2022 on Phase One (1) of the Willow Park Comprehensive Street Improvement Project, which is expected to be completed the beginning of December 2023. Four (4) roads will be reconstructed with concrete: Crown Road; Sam Bass Road; Ranch House Road; Kings Gate Road.
