BSV Athletics Committee

The BSV's Athletic Committee guides and supervises the athletic endeavors of the club. Currently, we sponsor a men's Eishockey team, a co-ed Fußball (soccer) team, and also work to support youth sports organizations in the Walpole area. If you are looking to get involved with the committee, either as a player or a volunteer, please reach out. We are also always looking for new athletic opportunities for the BSV, so if you have an idea for a new club, team, or initiative - let us know!

The Athletic Committee is sponsored by the BSV's Charter, as stated below:

Article VI, Section 4.

The Athletic Committee shall consist of three members, one appointed by the president each year for a three-year term. The Committee shall guide and supervise the athletic activities of the Organization and submit an Annual Report at the Annual Business Meeting.

BSV Eishockey

Founded in 2018, the BSV's Eishockey team competes in recreational leagues and tournaments across New England. The team is mostly comprised of C and D-level skaters, but all skill levels are welcome. Learn more about getting involved by visiting the team's page.

The BSV Bergwanderer is a group of outdoor enthusiasts who organize hikes of varying degrees of difficulty throughout the region.
