WISE Women Acadiana The WISE Women Acadian Mentorship Program kicked off its first meeting for the 2024-2025 school year on Saturday, September 28, 2024, marking a dynamic start to the year. The participants engaged in a series of fun and educational activities designed to introduce them to crucial "STEM soft skills," which are essential for both academic and career success. Throughout the day, these skills were put into practice as the young ladies tackled and successfully completed various challenging tasks. This hands-on approach not only deepened their understanding but also enhanced their confidence in solving complex problems, equipping them with practical knowledge and experience to advance in their STEM education and future careers. |
