The trial in the fluoridation lawsuit against the EPA for allowing fluoridation is scheduled to restart January 31st. It will run for up to two weeks. Unfortunately, unlike the first phase of the trial, it won’t be livestreamed. However, we hope that videos of the trial will be available a day or two after each day’s proceedings.
Proponents of fluoridation in the U.S. and Canada aren’t breathing a word about the trial. The lawsuit’s very existence, based on fluoride’s neurotoxicity, debunks their claim that there is a consensus on fluoridation’s safety. This code of silence follows their decades-long strategy of ignoring, cherry-picking and outright censoring of scientific evidence of fluoridation’s ineffectiveness and harmful health effects.
Nearly all the mainstream media are either ignoring the issue, or parroting the “safe and effective” party line of the establishment. We’ll never get any coverage if we don’t at least try to inform them. Please share the news about the lawsuit to all your contacts. The public needs and deserves to know about this very important event in the history of public health.
