We are proud to be working in partnership with The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne where we host our seasonal Bespoke Wellbeing Retreats. We feel that after the worrying times we have all had to endure, everybody deserves a day of self indulgence, pampering and relaxation. What better way to relax than to spend the day in luxurious surroundings, being spoilt by others with a day of pampering with options of yoga, spa treatments, introductory Walk & Talk therapy session, workshops focusing on daily skincare routines and mental health awareness and lots more including welcome refreshments and a delicious hot buffet lunch all for £229 (Recommended Retail Price £350).
