I am passionate about and committed to helping raise awareness around mental health and the benefits of fitness.
I am very proud of a School scheme I have developed which helps young children and teenagers with their wellbeing.
The scheme focuses on a set of mental health core values which we explore together, with fitness activities, and the breakdown of that value in everyday life.
Develop pupil’s confidence, resilience and knowledge so that they can keep themselves mentally healthy.
Develop pupils’ understanding of how to keep physically healthy, eat healthily and maintain an active lifestyle, including giving ample opportunities for pupils to be active during the school day and through extra-curricular activities.
Support children who may be disadvantaged, vulnerable, and address inequalities, diversity and inclusion.
