Welcome to June everyone, it is still a crazy year especially in Victoria with all the lockdowns happening. Hope you are all surviving and spending some awesome time with your horses and/ or dogs.
Month of May was crazy for me but I loved it so much. It was a time of learning and also meeting new clients and their wonderful horses.
On a personal note we got some bad news on our beloved Bella who has been diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma which is a very aggressive blood cancer. Believe it or not this is our second red heeler with the same cancer. We are taking each day as it comes. Needless to say our hearts will be broken in the not too distant future.
On a professional front I have done so much. I was lucky enough to attend a 3 day course with Sharon May-Davis who is also known to some as the bone lady. Sharon's thirsty for answers on the changing anatomy of a horse has been amazing and I can only say my eyes have been opened. If you would like to read my blog on it please visit: Bad to the Bone and if you would like to read any of my other blogs please visit my website : Blogs
Not even a week later I got to participate in Kinesiology for horse and rider which was amazing. What a great tool to get your horse and yourself to be muscle aware and I am happy to say Breton Equine Services now offer it as part of our treatments.
There is some exciting news on the product front with Breton Equine Services offering Hemp Oil.
