Usually I keep my newsletters as upbeat as possible, but that is feeling pretty difficult right now. Stupid hot weather combined with heavy smoke in the air, seeing kids with their beautiful faces covered in masks, and families & friends divided over COVID protocols.
Life feels heavy, oppressive even, and it seems hard to keep my focus on the good stuff (even though there IS plenty of it to appreciate).
Coming together to support each other is more important than ever.
And it seems to me that all the mind-body tools I've learned work best when used where 2 or more a present. Therefore, I've created the Healing Playshop!
A Friday Noon Pacific Zoom meeting where we can connect and play with the techniques that get us in touch with what is really important...our body wisdom, inner knowing.
Last week we had some fun with NOT taking ourselves so seriously, and made it Crazy Hair Friday! Yes, right there on the call, messing up our hair LOL! We also released some overwhelm and discovered ease in our bodies.
