Moxabustion (moxa) is a plant called Mugwort. Its commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to move Qi and Blood and open the channels, the same concept that we use needles in an Acupuncture treatment. Light it at the end and hover it over specific areas or Acupuncture Points on the body to aleviate pain. Great for Arthritis, aches and pains but also used to boost the immune system.
