Urgent Update: Level 4 Travel Advisory Issued!

On 3/19/2020 the

U.S. Department of State issued a

Level 4 Travel Advisory

[DO NOT TRAVEL]

The travel advisory states, The Department of State advises U.S. citizens to avoid all international travel due to the global impact of COVID-19.  In countries where commercial departure options remain available, U.S. citizens who live in the United States should arrange for immediate return to the United States, unless they are prepared to remain abroad for an indefinite period.  U.S. citizens who live abroad should avoid all international travel.  Many countries are experiencing COVID-19 outbreaks and implementing travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines, closing borders, and prohibiting non-citizens from entry with little advance notice.  Airlines have cancelled many international flights and several cruise operators have suspended operations or cancelled trips.  If you choose to travel internationally, your travel plans may be severely disrupted, and you may be forced to remain outside of the United States for an indefinite timeframe. What actions are we taking?

At this time, we do not know exactly how long this advisory will be in place, things are changing day by day. As of right now, if you are not traveling within the next 30 days, the normal cancellation and payment policies are still in place. I will be working one on one with clients whose travel dates are within the next 30 days to discuss your options. I will be contacting clients in order of travel date; I have several clients scheduled to travel within the next 30 days, so please bear with me, I will definitely get to everyone. 

 

Please note, effective today, 3/20/20, I have made a decision to postpone quotes for the next few weeks, but rest assured, this is temporary; I WILL continue making your vacation dreams REALITY! I had to pray over this decision before sending because this is my passion, Xscape2Paradise is my baby; however, the health and well-being of my clients is my top priority, therefore I want you all to safeguard yourselves and your loved ones during this time, as I will be doing the same. I will be available as always to assist with vacations that have already been booked. I will be proactive during this time, by training, reorganizing and making the Xscape2Paradise brand even better.

I want to assure you that I am taking every precaution necessary to ensure my clients continue to have the satisfactory experience they’ve come to expect from Xscape2Paradise. Due to the fluid nature of the Coronavirus [COVID-19] pandemic, I will continue monitoring travel restrictions and updates from reputable sources such as the CDC, the World Health Organization (WHO), local health and safety authorities – while keeping my clients’ health and safety at the core of everything Xscape2Paradise does.  We are in constant communication with tourism boards for destinations we book, airlines, tour operators and other travel industry partners to adapt our operations to the meet their changing protocols and procedures in response to COVID-19. As always, I thank you for your continued support and for choosing Xscape2Paradise for your vacation needs. During this time of uncertainty, one thing is certain, we will get through this situation together; it is my prayer that we see the end of this pandemic soon!
