When you think about being STRONG and TONING, where does your mind wander to?

MYTH: Arnold Swartzneigher.....bulking up...?! FORGET those thoughts - it's not going to happen! Ladies, we have different hormones! 🎉

We won't bulk up, but we will TONE & be STRONGER and look after our bodies for longer!

Why Should I Strengthen?
As women we go through physical changes in our lives which, if we don't take note and do something about these changes, we increase our chances of developing osteoporosis and fractures.

TRUTH : Weight-bearing exercises have been shown to improve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis as we age!

We must unleash our inner power ladies! Every squat, pushup, shoulder press, tricep kick back gives you strength and tones our beautiful bodies! AGAIN NO you won't look bulky, you will tone and shape your arms, legs, bottoms etc... Ladies, we CAN, and we SHOULD be lifting weights like a boss!

I know I talk about staying strong, but it's actually not only just about getting stronger physically; it's also about feeling empowered and confident. So here's to you ladies, breaking a sweat, embracing the grind, and showing the world what true strength looks like💥.
