Getting ready for those autumn leaves, crisp mornings and big bowls of chili or hot soup--and maybe a loaf of homemade bread (or a trip to the bakery!) It is not too late to start sewing projects for the holidays. Matching pj pants are a very popular way to dress for Christmas day. Time to get started. This year we have had dozens of new students, both adults, young adults and teens, who need something that is fun (and practical) to learn. Just realizing that your new skills can create something new, but you can also repair clothing and do simple alterations, gives those of us who sew much satisfaction. Some students not only learn a new skill but make lifelong friends in class. Enjoy this Beautiful Weather and Big Hugs, Marguerite |
