No. 1 Be Kind 

A Reiki Card Pull for Blu Tribe

During a mediation session 3 cards were pulled as I asked for messages that were needed to be shared with our Tribe. Please take what resonates with you and leave what does not. 

 

Card 01: Reach a Different State 

Some people's spiritual "wake-up call" happens during major changes or traumas in their lives such as a near death experience, the birth of a baby or serious illness of someone close to them. At these times we become very focused, so the more superficial preoccupations of everyday life get pushed into the background, enabling us to reach a different state of spiritual awareness. 

Reflection: To be aware means to open our eyes to see the truth. When we see the truth, we see everything just as it is, not the way we believe it is, not the way we wish it to be. How do you believe your awareness has or is changing? 

 

Card 02: Transform Negative Emotions

You can find healthier and safer ways of expressing the frustration that usually lies behind anger by turning the emotion into creativity, going for a brisk walk or doing that very old-fashioned thing: counting to ten before you speak!

Reflection: Take a vibrational inventory of all things you allow to enter your psyche. Are they high vibrational or low vibrational? 

 

Card 03: Change Your Reactions 

Just because you have formed a subconscious habit and react to certain situations in a certain way doesn't mean you have to continue doing so forever. You can change your reactions. 

Reflection: Throughout our day we are sending vibrations through our actions, habits, gestures. What can you do to be mindful of your vibrations you are sending?

No. 2 Be Well

A time of completion & fruition 

 

What does this mean?

  • Feelings of instability, change, tension and anxiety may arise 
  • Aries is the fighter of the zodiac, it's time to face fears, push forward and through any obstacles in your way. 
  • Shadows coming to surface to be birthed to new light. This could include things that make you feel vulnerable, things you have "pushed" away, past hurts etc. 
  • A time to slow down, breathe and work toward a vibration of unity not a me vs you or us vs them mentality. 

 

What you should do?

  • Meditate 
  • Clean & declutter your space
  • Reflect & connect with self 
  • Declare your intentions for the month
