We hope that this finds you happy, healthy and safely enjoying the progression of Phase 1 in Florida. We are thrilled to announce that Château 13 will be reopening soon!!! Although we are not yet releasing the exact date, we would like you to be the first to know that reservations will be available when we reopen. Many of you have expressed interest in reservations and this is the perfect time to introduce them. Reservations will also allow us to be even more precise with physical spacing between guests, ensuring your health and safety. Our website will go live for reservation inquiries the day we release our reopening date, so stay tuned for that email!
As you know, we have always sourced only the best fresh, authentic, and local products for our menu. Those items (especially fresh seafood and beef) have been scarcely available these past few weeks. We refuse to compromise our standards and hence are happy to wait until we can confidently serve you at the high standard you expect from Château 13.
As far as the safety of our staff and guests, we are using this time to make modifications that ensure your health and safety while dining with us. Our focus on cleanliness, sanitation and overall high standard of care remains as clear as it was when we first opened - both with restaurant design and staff training. For instance, during construction in 2018, we chose an air conditioning system that purifies the air to hospital grade standards. This was no means required as a restaurant, but cleanliness, health and safety for our staff and guests has always been of utmost importance to us. You can feel comfortable and confident dining with us.
On another note, we'd like to wish you all a very safe and Happy Memorial Day!! Thank you to all the men and woman who have served and are serving in the US Armed Forces. Your sacrifices give us the luxury of freedom
and we are forever grateful.
