Long-time NSW Neighbourhood Centre co-ordinator, Paul Sekfy, has been invited to join the board of the International Federation of Settlements and Neighborhood Centres. The IFS has the highest NGO status at the United Nations and will host an international conference in Australia next year.

Australia Post are offering grants of up to $10,000 for eligible projects that provide positive benefits to local communities.  Grants are for activities that promote social connection, community participation and enhancing local leadership.  Check out more below:

Improved security and extra storage is on the cards for Care Balonne after they received a $31,200 grant from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund.  Based at St George, it's great seeing our regional Neighbourhood Centres benefit from these grants. You can read more here:
