Capital Campaign Update

Capital Campaign events introduce the "Viru Vanemad" level of giving. The “Kalevipoja Laud” category (gifts of $100,000+) for the new International Estonian Centre capital campaign has raised almost $6 million to date. Helping kick off the next campaign phase of “Viru Vanemad” (gifts of $10,000-$99,999) were Ambassador Lukk on April 3, 2019, and President Ilves on April 12, 2019.

Please write to donations@estoniancentre.ca and become a Viru Vanem!

Donations can made in tribute to or in memory of an individual, and may be made as a family gift.

Updates

  • Age-friendly design a key consideration at the new International Estonian Centre. Ensuring that the new International Estonian Centre (IEC) is “age-friendly” and accessible to older community members is aligned with the project’s goal of having the IEC accessible to all. It is an essential component of how the space will be designed. Read more here.
