the weekly Round-Up

Dear Round-Up Readers,

This week I was fortunate to participate in an impressive day of presentations by hospitality students at the University of East London, and am happy to report the future is bright! Tomorrow, I am moderating Castell@College (remotely) at the University of Surrey with Professor Emily Ma, and a fab panel: Carmen Hui, Jan Hazelton, and Janine Marshall––this is Castell's first program in the UK, which is very exciting.

Next week I'm headed to ILTM in Cannes for the first time ever. Will you be there? I'd love to say hello in person! Just reply to this email.

Now, on to the news…
