Then STOP doing these things:
❌ Eating less and less calories (misery doesn’t create results)
❌ Wasting money on something that worked for a 20-something Instagram influencer (we both know that’s not how she actually got those legs…)
❌ Cutting out all sugar...or carbs...or fat (hello, restriction...and binges)
❌ Spending hours on the treadmill (it’s impossible to outrun a bad diet!)
Do this instead:
✅ Customize your actions to your body, goals, and lifestyle
✅ Fit the foods you love into your eating plan
✅ Let the science work for you instead of against you (hint: most of your external results are created internally!)
