It is time to register for the Spring Hayhurst Pack! Spring sessions will start March 10th and finish June 2nd.
The focus this season is kickball. All Spring sessions will be outdoors and participants should expect, and be prepared for cold and wet conditions. Cleats and sweatshirts/jackets are highly recommended but note, sessions may be canceled if there is a heavy storm or a risk of lightning. By registering, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued and sessions may be canceled or end earlier than 4 p.m.
What's new?
- Pack is open only to 2nd-5th graders - no Kindergarten or 1st graders.
- Increase registration cost - registration fees include:
- $7 per session when registering for Tuesday AND Friday the entire season.
- $10 per session when registering for Tuesday OR Friday for an entire season.
- 5% service fee per transaction - this fee is charged regardless of payment type (cash, check, or credit card)
Please reply to this email by Friday March 6th to let us know the day(s) you would like to register and include a signed Release and Waiver of Liability and the Pack Pledge.
Invoices will be sent next week and must be paid to confirm your spot. Space is limited and registration will open to everyone the following week if space is still available.
