Courage Club Corner
Courage Club members got a chance to catch up and relax together after a busy holiday season. We hosted a Happy Hour for our Boonies at Frothy Beard in West Ashley in January. It was great to see old friends, as well as a few new faces who came for their first Courage Club event. We're looking forward to our February event next weekend. While we include friends and family in several Courage Club events throughout the year, January and February events will be for Courage Club members only. We look forward to seeing friends and family on March 12 at our 3rd annual Boon Gala!

February 8: Bowling and Lunch at Stars & Strikes (11AM). RSVP required.
March 12: Boon Gala! Active Courage Club members attend as honored guests.

Fitness Force!
We had a very successful Cancer to 5k goal race at the Charlie Post Classic to wrap up the second season of Ulman Foundation's Cancer to 5K program in Charleston.  The very next weekend, The Boon Project sponsored a second goal race (GoalRace2.0) at the Save the Light 5K for survivors who were unable to attend Charlie Post. Thank you to our survivors, sherpas, and coaches who made this possible!

Fitness Force is back in action after our 5k season. Survivors and Supporters will meet February 9 for a yoga class hosted by our friends at Community Yoga. Please RSVP in the Fitness Force group. Email Katherine@boonproject.org to be added to the group and join Fitness Force!
