I Love Summer!

Hello everyone!

 

I hope you're all having a wonderful week. Whether you love this glorious heat or not, it's hard not to be super positive when the sun's shining. And while I know it's been pretty sweaty in class recently, I hope the wonderful vibes you get from exercising makes it all worth while.

General Update

 

I've brought out lots of new choreography in BootyBarre, SwingTrain and bbarreless, so there's no chance of getting bored and mixing it up pushes your body to achieve new heights!

 

As I hope you know by now, all my classes are easy to follow and you don't need any dance or fitness experience. There's absolutely no pressure, so if something isn't quite working one day DON'T WORRY! Do what you can, we all have to start somewhere, and some days are just off days (especially in this heat) - just keep up the smiles and don't give up :)

Summer Holidays

 

The school summer holidays are rapidly approaching, but do not worry I will be keeping all my classes going! Take one hour out for yourself to de-stress and unwind, or bring the kids along - they're more than welcome to watch or even join in.

 

I am away Tuesday 14th - Sunday 19th August so there will be no classes during these dates.

 

SATURDAY MORNING SWINGTRAIN will be held at Footnotes School of Theatre Dance (in the precinct in North Walsham) just for August, rather than at the Community Centre (Saturday 4th, 11th, 25th Aug).

 

For any class, I do ask that you let me know if you are coming or not, particularly over the holidays when I know there will be lots of lovely summer plans. If numbers are too low for a class then I will have to cancel at that time as it is not financially viable (I will announce this on Facebook or via email). Please respect this - just a little Facebook message, email or text would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Feedback

 

Please don't ever be afraid to share your feedback of classes, days, times, locations etc. While I cannot meet everyone's requests, and some factors are beyond my control, do let me know your thoughts so I can try to find a solution.

 

I am currently considering adding a Stretch&Flex class to the timetable - this will be 45 minutes of active stretching where we work towards improving flexibility in the legs, hips, back, shoulders... You do not need to be flexible in the slightest to begin with, as that's the whole point of this class, to see how much you can improve. Let me know if this is something you'd be interested, and what sort of time/location would suit and if there is enough interest I can look at trying to add it in.

Make the most of the summer weather while it's here, and I hope to see you soon in class. Thank you for all your support and enthusiasm - I'm absolutely loving it!!!
