Blessings Livingsong Family, Sending our love from Lake City, South Carolina. Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to read our newsletter, and for your commitment to the support of our missional efforts and each prayer lifted up on our behalf. Dear family, 2022 is finally over and thanks be to God, we can look back at another amazing year of ministry! The collage above are only a few special ministry moments from December. Our season in Florida sadly ended in the fall and we traveled to serve in Georgia early winter and spent Christmas in Taylors, South Carolina. By the way, we are working on creating an archive of previous newsletters through the social media blogging platform, Tumblr, for anyone interested in reading through them. There are stories after stories of how the Lord has used our small missional ministry to reach so many with the Gospel message of Christ. Our sincere hope is that these newsletters would be an encouragement to your faith. December is always an extra special month in ministry for us, as we get to include beautiful timeless Christmas songs into our worship program like “O Holy Night”. Do you have a favorite Christmas Carol, Hymn or Contemporary Christmas song you like to sing during Christmas? Please share it, we’d like to know. Another exceptional song that we also included during altar calls for the Christmas season was “When Love was Born” by CCM artist, Mark Shultz. We hope you enjoy the cover video. 😊 |

As mentioned in last month’s newsletter, a month in Georgia is the longest we’ve ever spent in that particular state back in November. Additionally, this is the longest we have served in the Carolinas too. Our first service took place in Greenwood SC on the 9th of December, and we are presently still serving within these two states. A slower travel schedule has allowed us to build special relationships with like minded brothers and sisters that have truly been an encouragement to us personally. God is faithful in providing that way. If you haven’t already, we recommend following our instagram profile @ livingsongministry. We greatly appreciate your engagement online, as it encourages us to remain active in creating content to help you stay well informed. So what’s next? Lord willing, we will be moving further north covering familiar territory to serve alongside dear friends, but also connecting with new recovery support programs, shelters for the homeless, and prisons. The states filled with an image below are on our route for the mission this year. On a side note, for a few months now, we have learned that our Wix online newsletter service has had some processing issues resulting in several of our friends and family not receiving our newsletters any longer or missing some months. For this reason, we are going to begin printing newsletters again, if you would like to be included in our newsletter delivery list, please let us know. |

In closing, we recognize that this mission would not be possible without your participation. We thank you so much for placing your faith in action to help us reach the lost. The truth is that only God can save, and Jesus is the only answer. 2023 may bring highs for rejoicing, but in the lows, we can remain steadfast because of the eternal hope we have in Christ our Lord. Scripture instructs us to “...be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power” (Ephesians 6:10). This applies to every circumstance we find ourselves in, whether it be a time of joy or sorrow. We encourage you to take hold of the strength God is offering you for this new year. He has already won the battle! Until next time, we love you and never cease to thank our Heavenly Father for you. God bless. Manny & Erika Lynn Garcia Livingsong |

Prayer Requests Prayers are greatly appreciated for our friend, Zeb (lead singer of a Florida based christian band, True Gain). Zeb was diagnosed with throat/lymph node cancer - he will be having surgery and undergoing treatment!
We had our first extreme cold front with temperatures reaching in the single digits during our stay in Taylors SC during Christmas. We humbly ask for your prayers lifted up on our behalf for our RV "Home on wheels" to stay on course, and off the path of anymore incoming extreme weather. Prayers for a successful recovery for our ministry partner and sweet sister in the Lord, Roberta Renk. She recently underwent knee replacement surgery.

The Gospel lesson and the invitation of Salvation were also very special, I felt like the recovery men were very touched by the invitation. You have made a memory for us that we will cherish forever. Please come back for another visit.. God will continue to bless you and keep you safe in His arms and hands.. With love," - Minister Howard (Celebrate Recovery Greenwood SC) |
