What is old is new again. Who knew that high school soccer would one day return to Newberry? While we are still a few years away, it is this site that will house the new sports complex for the next generation and beyond and CFASA is excited to be a part of this next chapter.
What We’re Up To
The Black Tiger soccer teams are in season and there are a few announcements to share.
1. All the matches are being broadcast on Boxcast and can be watched live from your living room by visiting our updated website. Tune in tonight for the boy's match against Brecksville!
2. Our website has a new homepage and archives page. The archives will be an area for all of you to send us pictures, articles, schedules, etc. Scan them to us, mail them to us. We will format them and get them posted on the website. This is the historical part of the website we have been waiting on for years. Help us make it awesome.
3. Speaking of awesome. Once again, the alumni have came through and raised enough money to cover the pay to participate fees. We will be writing a check for $3700 this week and will present it at an upcoming game. Thank you so much for all of you who still contributed in these unprecedented times and despite that we could not host our annual alumni and hall of fame game.
