Like many of you, we are deeply concerned about the current affairs, as well of the health of our community. Based on the latest recommendations of the Provincial Government, Spirit Tree will be closing the Ciderhouse Bistro, until further notice.

In order to help our community, the Farm Store will remain open for baked goods and pre-made food items. Take-out is also available and can be ordered over the phone.

Items available in the Farm Shop:

• Bread and baked items – we will continue to offer freshly baked bread and baked items. The bread will be behind the counter, rather then on display, to limit contact.
• Pre-made food items – we have a variety of fresh and frozen food items for purchase, including focaccia pizza and frozen foods.
• Cider – cider can be purchased in cans and bottles. We will not be refilling growlers at this time.
• Take-out food – our Bistro is closed but some menu items are available for take-out. Please call ahead to order. Please call upon your arrival and food will be delivered to your car.
• Pizza Night – at this time, Pizza Night will continue on Friday and Saturday nights from 4-8 pm for take-out only.

• Petite Frites - $7 (Ontario mini red potatoes cut & fried with the skin on. Tossed with Spirit Tree sumac seasoning)
• House Salad - $13 (Romaine, baby arugula, baby spinach tossed in our apple balsamic vinaigrette with shaved beetroot, carrot, shallots and winter radish.)
• Three Sisters In The Woods - $14 (Rainbow chard, spinach, arugula greens tossed with roasted squash, sweet corn, apples, sautéed mushrooms, coloured carrots, shallots and red lentils. Dressed with our mustard vinaigrette and topped with Woolwich goat cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds.)
• Spirit Tree Quiche (Roasted Vegetable OR Lorraine) - $17
• Spirit Tree Tourtiere - $18 (Beef and pork meat pie seasoned with cider and spices. Served with chilli sauce and our house salad.)
• Pulled Jerk Chicken Sandwich - $19 (Spicy jerk chicken shredded and piled on a Brioche bun. Topped with our creamy apple and cabbage slaw. Served with our house-made frites.)
• Philly Steak Sandwich - $23 (Marinated, sous-vide and seared flank steak, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, roasted peppers, shredded apple, Swiss cheese, horseradish aioli, on a toasted ciabatta bun. Served with our house-made frites.)
• Nimmo Farm Limousine Burger - $23 (Nimmo Farm Limousine beef patty, seasoned with salt & pepper, topped with aged white cheddar, on a Brioche bun with roasted garlic aioli, grainy apple Dijon, Boston lettuce, fire roasted tomatoes, house-made pickles and a balsamic reduction. Served with our house-made frites.)
• Decadent Mac & Cheese - $17 (Cavatappi pasta tossed in a creamy bechamel sauce. Topped with herb bread crumb & brie cheese.)
• Fish & Chips - $17 (Haddock battered in Draught Cider batter served with house made fries.)
• Winter Korma - $17 (Carrots, cauliflower, sweet potato and chickpea curry served on top of basmati and wild rice. Topped with caraway seed yogurt and crispy papadum.)
• Salmon Sun - $26 (Pan seared soy–maple glazed Canadian salmon floating on a bed of Beluga lentils and vegetable medley. Served with a pommery apple mustard dressing.

Limiting People is the Store

To ensure we are practicing social distancing, we have reduced staff on each shift.

We are limiting the number of customers in the Farm Shop to no more than 8 people at a time.

If there is more than eight people in the store at a time, we kindly ask that you wait outside or in your car until your turn.

Our already rigorous cleaning and sanitation practices have been increased to ensure the health and safety of our community and staff members.
