Hello Family & Friends!
We are glad to report that Ken and Richard got home safely, yet exhausted, from their month+ long trip! Many folks committed themselves to Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and countless others came to the altars for prayer and re-dedication. From church revivals, conferences, prisons and jails, and street ministry, God was faithful at every place that He called them to, even if it was just for one! And in a couple of the places, it was just for the “one”. Jesus said in Matthew 18:12, "What do you think? If any man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go and search for the one that is straying?” God had appointed the time for those who came, to come! The “1’s” were just as important as the “many” in other places! They all joined in through the good news of Jesus, and were divinely ushered into His kingdom. Isn’t it glorious that God orchestrates the path for those He calls, even if it’s for only “one”? 😊 That is love!
I want to share something that I read in a devotion this week about what leads to regeneration in Jesus. It said, “when man is struck by a sense of need, and knows his limitations, Jesus then says, ‘Blessed are you’. But we have to get there. God cannot put into us a responsible moral being, the disposition that was in Jesus Christ, unless we are conscious we need it”. So, when God sees that we see the need in ourselves, He does whatever it takes to meet us exactly where we are at the time! He’s a good, good Father!
We hope you all are looking forward to this Thanksgiving season, and pray you have many things to be thankful for. Our Christmas Blessing fundraiser is under way and we need your help. We pay overdue electric bills for the elderly, infirmed, and some who have fallen on hard times. Meeting their physical needs at such a dire time in their lives really goes a long way to show them the love of Jesus. We help them to keep their lights on and stay warm at Christmas. They ALWAYS are so grateful! It’s a precious seed of love that gets planted. Thank you in advance for your continued help in this!
Please be praying for our next events with our friend, Richard Coss :
