Hey Juice Crew! It's time for another Juicy Updates Newsletter. Please review all of our updates below:
DID YOU TAKE THE TRAINING QUIZ YET?
Well, don't forget to. You have until 11/2/2023 11:59PM to complete the training quiz that was given at our last team meeting. You can watch the staff training videos to complete the quiz located on page 13 and 14 to help answer some of the questions.
For those of you who did complete the quiz...THANK YOU! Remember, you must pass with an 80% or higher to be scheduled. If you choose not to take the quiz, you will be terminated on 11/3/2023.
We will be parting ways from our current provider "atob" to offer a much more better way to receive your earnings. Make sure you have all of your proper documentation (IDs, SS, Bank Account Info) ready for when we announce the big switch.

Do you have a gently used coat that you do not need anymore? Well bring it to The Love Juice Co. to be apart of our coat drive. We will be collecting coats up until 11/22/23.
WHAT'S YOUR AVAILABILITY?
Did you know you can enter your availability into homebase? Make sure you update your availability within homebase so we can schedule you accordingly.
To set your availability in homebase app do the following:
In the bottom right hand corner tap the more icon (it has 3 lines)
Click on the "profile" tab
Once you see your profile page scroll down to availability.
Click on the purple pencil right across from the availability heading title to request new availability.
STAFF HOTLINE
Our Staff Hotline is available from 8am-8pm for all of your Staff needs. Please utilize the hotline and not the business phone number. The business phone number is reserved for our customers.If you receive a message from the staff hotline and a response is requested, failure to respond may result in documentation.
