"...but against powers and principalities...against the spiritual forces of darkness in the heavenly realms" (Ephesians 6:12).

Yes, my MarchMin friends, recently I am so reminded that our battle (whatever this may mean for you in your own life today) belongs to the Lord. He alone commands victory. And our "battle stance" is on our knees, crying out to Him with all our hearts - to do as only He can! Glory to Jesus!

Be encouraged today, my friend, "the fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much" (James 5:16)...

Even as my days mean hours upon hours editing The Gospel According to John, I can't tell you my own urgency to pray, both alone and with Maria. We need the Lord and His "righteous right hand" so desperately. Our household depends on Him; the fulfillment of John depends on Him... He is our blessed hope in every way.

Be encouraged today, my friend! Whatever it may be for you or your family - whatever challenge or struggle or tragedy or conflict or confusion or... take it to your knees.

We "do not wrestle against flesh and blood..." All the answers of man can't compare to one blink of God's power and faithfulness; righteousness and loving kindness. Pray, my friend - pray!
